Infrastructure Ontario is a crown corporation of the Ontario government dedicated to the renewal of Ontario’s infrastructure: its public hospitals, courthouses, roads, bridges, water systems, and other public buildings. For some of the Province’s biggest projects, Infrastructure Ontario uses private financing (Alternative Financing and Procurement) to strategically rebuild vital infrastructure while maintaining public control. L'Agence des partenariats public-privé du Québec (PPP Québec) is a government agency of the Province of Quebec. The Department of Finance and Administration has established a specialist Public Private Partnerships Unit whose primary role is to: 1) Provide advice to the Australian Government and government agencies on the use of PPP arrangements; 2) Assess specific PPP proposals; and 3) Oversee, on behalf of the Australian Government, the application and development of PPP policy.

Established in 2008, Infrastructure Australia is an independent statutory advisory council with 12 members drawn from industry and all levels of government, including five from the private sector. The site contains the National Public Private Partnership Policy and Guidelines, which were endorsed in November 2008 and will replace the previously existing guidelines in all Australian, State and Territory Government agencies.

The National PPP Forum brings together representatives from each of the Australian, State and Territory Governments and aims to facilitate greater consistency and cooperation across Australian regional jurisdictions in the provision of infrastructure through PPP’s. Recent information on PPP and PFI in the United Kingdom. Partnerships UK superseded the UK Treasury Taskforce, which pioneered project finance deals in the UK public service. Partnerships UK provides PPP consulting services to the public sector.

U.K. - Public-Private Partnership Programme - www.localpartnerships.org.uk

The Programme is governed by the local authority associations in the UK, with a mandate to increase investment in local authority services through PFI and other PPP. The website includes an excellent list of guidance, case studies and project lists on local PPP over the past six years in the UK.

The CEF-O-PPP a cooperative venture between the MAPPP (French PPP Taskforce) and the IGD (French Institute for PPP).
