Standard Indemnity for CCPPP Events
It may be necessary to change the content, timing, venue or speaker line-up of The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships' (CCPPP) conference. CCPPP cannot be held liable for such changes nor for prior notification of these changes. Should there be any changes, for any reason, or the event cancelled due to terrorism, war, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, acts of gods or any eventuality beyond the control of CCPPP, we shall endeavour to reschedule the event, but the customer hereby releases CCPPP from, and waives all claims against CCPPP for, any and all costs, damages and expenses resulting therefrom.
